They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place by itself is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt protected, plus the location was awesome, but it surely's just about the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain much too much, but basically the windows ended up all really in need of replacement, as had been the doorways, the trim, much on the home furniture, etcetera.
